Serialization:

For pharmaceuticals requiring serialization under the EU Anti-Counterfeiting Directive, we print serial numbers provided by you. Your XML files are converted into the required format via a certified service provider and subsequently returned to your database in your original XML format.

This service is available for both flat-folded and pre-filled folding boxes.

Since February 2019, prescription drug packaging must feature a tamper-evident seal as a safety measure. We can apply tamper-evident labels or seal tuck-in flaps to ensure the authenticity of your product.

Storage:

All products are stored in compliance with GMP standards, with temperature monitoring and batch segregation.

Quality Assurance:

Our staff are highly qualified for these tasks and regularly trained according to our SOP system under the responsibility of our Qualified Person (QP). Through our quality management system and oversight by the QP under §14 AMG, we ensure flawless documentation and GMP-compliant processes.

Inspection of Syringes, Pens, and Vials

During the manual inspection of syringes, pens or vials, we examine your product for predefined defect patterns.
This process ensures that defective products are identified and removed, so that the end consumer receives only flawless and safe goods.

100% Inspection of Goods

In the event of production errors, we are happy to perform a 100% inspection for you. For such cases, we rely on our specially trained staff or use our calibrated scales to verify the correct contents.

Our camera systems allow for inline inspection of folding box codes, checking the presence and legibility of data and/or Data Matrix codes.

Should production errors occur, we will gladly conduct a 100% inspection and reprocess your products as needed.

Displays, Counter Trays, and Promotional Carriers

We are happy to assist you in developing your product carriers. Upon request, we can also manage the procurement of the necessary packaging materials.

Assembly of Sets and Displays

From promotional campaigns and mailings to color and fabric sample catalogs, many clients already rely on our expertise in this area.

We assemble color and fabric sample catalogs, displays, promotional carriers, or boxes according to your specific requirements. Naturally, we also handle the pricing and labeling of your products.

Serialization & Aggregation

We reliably print serialization-required pharmaceuticals (in compliance with the EU Anti-Counterfeiting Directive) with serial numbers provided by you.

Your XML files are converted into the required format by a certified service provider and subsequently returned to your database in the original XML format.

Whether folding boxes are flat or already filled makes no difference. Additionally, we can serialize labels as well.

With the new T15 aggregation unit, Stegemann is now capable of managing and offering the complete process of serialization and subsequent aggregation. This enables us not only to comply with the EU Anti-Counterfeiting Directive but also to serve countries where aggregation is mandatory.

Various Film Packaging Solutions

• Full-Film Wrapping (Cellophaning)

Using our cellophaning machines, we can wrap a wide range of products and formats in transparent or printed full-film wrapping. On request, we also offer transparent or colored tear threads.

• Shrinking and Sleeving

With our hot-air sleeve tunnel, we shrink transparent or printed sleeves/dual-chamber sleeves around various products, creating eye-catching promotional packaging. This method is ideal for implementing attractive and effective multipacks or on-pack promotions.

• Flow Pack Configuration

Using our horizontal and vertical flow-pack machines, we package a wide range of products in the flow-pack process—whether flat packs, round items, or mixed bags. We gladly accommodate individual customer requests, processing various sizes in either transparent or printed film.

Of course, we also offer printing of batch numbers and expiry dates.
